• If your question is already answered on the site, particularly on our FAQ page, on Jensen's page, on the Filmography page and on our Home page. There's a search feature on our site, use it.
  
  
• If you're asking for an autographed picture. We're just fans like you, so we can't send you his picture. All the information you need to get a picture is HERE.
  
  
• If you're asking if Jensen has a page on Myspace, Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, or any other Social Networking site. He repeatedly says he doesn't have any, so anyone saying they're Jensen on these networking sites are posers, period.
  
  
• If you're writing thinking Jensen reads our emails. HE DOESN'T. Or if you want us to relay a message to him, we don't have his email address, so we CAN'T do that.
  
  
• If you're asking ANY question about Jensen's private life, including, but not limited to: his love status, his email address (we DON'T have it), how many pets he has or of what kind, his religious beliefs, whether he smokes or not, and so on. Please check our forum, since a lot of those subjects are discussed there, and whatever information we might have about them is at the forum.
